Türpitz Furrier is a traditional family-owned enterprise, founded by Paul Türpitz in 1931 in Breslau. Before having moved to the recent location in Frankfurt/Main and opened up the main store on the Liebfrauenberg 26, Türpitz Furrier marked further milestones and stations in its history in the cities of Leipzig and Friedberg with own business houses and showrooms. You can easily reach it in the heart of the city, between Hauptwache and Römer, next to the so-called Kleinmarkthalle (Market Place).
Since the early 70ies the company has been headed and managed successfully by Klaus Türpitz. After some modernizations and expansions, the store and showroom with its five welcoming shop-windows, became one of the best addresses for exquisite fur fashion and style in Frankfurt am Main.
In 1998, the third generation, Thomas Türpitz with his wife Nicole Türpitz took over the ownership.
International cooperations with young designers give us inspiration for new ideas. Regular participations at the important international Trade and Fashion Shows in Milan and Hong Kong are integral parts of our work. Our success is underlined and confirmed by German awards for extraordinary fashion and styling achievements.
